But I haven't been kicked in the nuts. WTF is going on? It hurts to sit. It hurts to walk. Am I dying?

My buddy was staying with me in college and started feeling that same thing. Pain got so bad that he actually threw up.
Turned out to be kidney stones that he was getting ready to pass.

Any swelling, unusual lumps/bumps? One specific nut or both?
Go see your doctor. Basically no pain down there is worth fighting through.

One of my friends had the same experience last fall, turned out he had some kind of rare infection in one of his nuts. Got to the doctor in time where just an antibiotic took care of it. If he had waited they would have had to remove it. I'd get to a Dr ASAP.

I'd guess kidney stones, any pain in your back? Did you drink Keystone last night? Better go get a MRI.

If I had to guess you might tell your ole lady to let go of your nuts. If that dont help I suggest using a spoon to cut them off then maybe go see a doctor. Hope this helps.

Have you had a vasectomy and not wearing a jock while working out. The pulling on the shortened cord can cause problems too. That was my problem and when I found out what all can go wrong.

Testicular Torsion - probably not but my roommate in college had it and curled up in the fetal position on the couch for a couple days.
