I'm sure there would be fillers and would probably be a 3 way with the lakers in a sign and trade with Howard

I hate Griffin. Can't stand to watch him, don't like his game. Complete lack of defence, CONSTANT whinning and I doubt he's an all star in 2 yrs with his knees. (Though I would argue he probably shouldn't be an all star this past season)

All of this.

Griffin doesn't make a team better, he makes them more explosive. Fuck that.

He's not the go-to-guy now (Chris Paul). They don't run plays through him, other than to occasionally throw it to him in the post for him to pass to an open shooter.

I hate Blake as well. Sure watching the oops would be fun but his lack of defense or his lack of basketball iq would get annoying. And his constant crying would be the worst. Also I'm guessing he thinks very highly of himself and playing in Cleveland probably isn't on his list.

Clips are fun to watch if you get past the whining. But they won't ever win a thing. I guess it depends on what you want as a Cleveland fan...the instant gratification of winning now and being fun, or longer wait but the promise of a possible championship team.

Are you Canadian?

Agree with this though. Like Barkley said, what does he do besides dunk? Even the Teammate of the Year said that he is too soft in the post. I also believe that one of the guys on ATH said that the more he is fouled, the more his production goes down because he tries to shy away from the contact.

Might be interested in Jordan, but no thanks on Griffin. One of the most overhyped players in the league.

Sure as hell am not giving up Andy, TT, and #1 for them.

LOL at Amico. I mean I guess if you throw a bunch of shit up against the wall, something will eventually stick.

@JimmySmith504: Hearing C Alex Len, who visited Pelicans on Friday, is now likely choice for #Cavs at No. 1 spot in next week's draft.

Prefer him to Noel. Everything I hear about Noel is worrisome, including his attitude. Not sure there is a player in this draft that is a slam dunk #1 pick for me. I'm cool with Len but would also be good with MacLemore or Vic Ol or Porter. I think Porter has the lowest ceiling though.

Don't take Len #1. Move down in that case. They'd get killed for taking him #1

And that dude is a NO beat writer and they want Len,so could very much be a smoke screen sent out from cavs trying to get them to trade up

Gotta find a dance partner to move down. No one is really bullish on any prospect to move up from what I hear. Grantland's recent podcast with Ryen Russilo was pretty enlightening on this year's draft. Might be the 2nd worst draft in last 20 yrs (behind 2000).

I really like Len and think he had a very high ceiling. He didn't have great numbers in college but you also gotta look at maryland's guards. They were terrible. He runs the floor very well and can get up around the rim. If he can gain another 20 pounds in muscle and develop a left hand he could be a force

The fuck does a Pelicans beat writer for the Times Picayune know about what the Cavs are going to do.

Len just visited with them so he probably spoke to Len and maybe the cavs said they were leaning towards taking him? That would be my guess

Dont think the Cavs would tell him that. They are pretty tight-knit.

Exactly. There's a difference between being tight lipped and being secretive

Bias aside, I'd love to hear how Noel has a bad attitude. The dude was the heart and soul of the UK team last year. He was really the only one who showed consistent effort and any semblence of leadership...

Ryen Russilo went into how he's been blowing off meeting with agents/GMs and the people he has around him are toxic on the BS report. All Ive heard.

From what I've read, the people he's blown off have been World Wide Wes and those types of agents. If anything, it's a good thing.

Reading it on a few threads on UK boards, it sounds like the people surrounding him have known him since he was young. It sounds like they are advising him to not really interact with other agents (WWW and Leon Rose were mentioned) which would make sense if they wanted to "keep Noel for themselves" type of thing.

I guess if he's listening to the wrong people or if his "people" are pissing off NBA teams, that's one thing. Does that really reflect on his character or work ethic for a team? I think it could if these people are deciding what he does, but that's not necessarily a reflection of his actual effort or leadership on the court, which I would actually classify as the opposite of these reports.

He did nothing but bust his ass 100% last year, and it was even more evident given that many other members of the UK team did not and it stood out.
