Deuce Bello to Missouri. The land of transfers...just like Florida.

Deuce Bello, L.J. Rose and Dominic Woodson. Three Baylor contributors for next year have bolted in the last week and a half. Is the end coming for Scott Drew?

Rumor is also that former Missouri guard Michael Dixon (who was kicked out of school for his possible involvement in 2 sexual assaults) will go to Baylor. Still pending whether he will be allowed to play...

How does Frank Haith convince these kids, in many cases stars or elite-level talent, to play for him? Sure, his career trajectory is phenomenal for somebody of his mediocre ability -- going from a football school in the ACC to one of the premier basketball jobs in the Big XII in just seven years with a losing conference record -- but he gets worse every year. It's beyond understanding. He's either the best used car salesman on the planet, or he's targeting recruits with learning disabilities.

It makes zero sense. Missouri will never go anywhere under Frank Haith.

In regards to the transfers, a lot of major schools wont waste time with them. But that is only speculation.

Haith is as bad as it gets lol

Both Baylor and Missouri, I think most of us would bank on them kicking the bucket here soon.

Which is why I am getting even more concerned about Tyus Jones and Jahlil Okafor. If Jones chooses the Jayhawks, I'm fucked.

I've heard MSU is a big player for Jones and Okafor too. Seems like Kansas could swoop in and get them though.

Truth be told, Tyus Jones just doesn't wanna have to face Joel Berry head-to-head. :D

Makes no sense to me that Jones and Okafor want to commit at the same time, to the same school. Are they BF's or something? They don't go to the same high school. Do they play on the same AAU team?

I'll change my thoughts on that if they decide to go to KU, lol, but still seems odd to me.

Not exactly sure of the origin of their relationship, but I have read from several sources that they've been best friends since they were eight years old. There is no doubt in my mind they will play at the same school. They've never said anything but that. I do agree that it seems odd, but at the same time, it also makes sense. Jones is the top-rated point guard in the class, and Okafor the top big man. As far as superstar freshman go, it is the perfect duo.

Memphis' Antonio Barton transferring to Tennessee. Haha. He won't get a lot of well wishes from the Tiger faithful. Decent get for the Vols who lost Trae Golden. Barton is similar.

Katin Reinhardt leaving UNLV. He is getting absolutely crushed in the media too. His reasoning? He wants to be a PG in the NBA, and wants to go somewhere and play PG. The current coach Dave Rice, apparently would not promise the PG spot to the Freshman.

Some interesting notes. As a true Freshman, he played 29 MPG and attempted the most 3-pointers on the team, despite making 35%. Another note, Reinhardt attended Mater Dei H.S. in California, and he is 1 of 9 players ranked in the Rivals top 150 over the last 6 years from Mater Dei. He is the 8th of those 9, who have transferred after playing at least 1 year at a school.

Lets face it. Reinhardt is just the latest defection from a depleted UNLV team. Unfortunately for the Rebels, it's a big loss, as he was their best and brightest prospect who figured to be a prominent player in the Mountain West over the next year or 2.
