The Wife and I talked about fostering or even adopting an older dog once our Mutt passes. (she was adopted and just turned 15). So many people won't adopt older dogs, but I 'd love to get one to make sure it would have a great life in it's later years.

Anyway, here's Desi. He's 8 1/2 years old. His previous owner died and her husband didn't want the dog so he just gave him up. The dog was "lost" but we wonder if the husband didn't just say "fuck it" and let him loose.
