I think MB is venting frustration from the excessive and overly controlling moderation tactics of LJ preventing the intelligent elite of the internet to post on the forums. Perhaps, in order to solve this dilemma, would be to remove LJ from moderation duties. Justin, we await your final ruling on the matter as the people have already expressly exhausted their opinion.
