Where were they during the entire month of February? Must have been in Panama City on vacation.

I agree, though, that if Michigan plays to the level they are today, the Wolverines might get to the title game. If Miami gets to Atlanta, though, the Hurricanes will take care of Michigan. They are Michigan's worst nightmare. Just as good on the perimeter and better in the interior.

Troy Daniels 1-9 from the field and 0-6 from three... just awful shooting.

This game has devolved into a dunk contest. Shaka, the poor man's Brad Stevens. He's worse than Harry Barnes with how much he talks about his "brand." Havoc, havoc, havoc.

Smart may have blown his chance of ever coaching a big time program. He reminds me a bit of Pete Gillen with his style which ultimately didn't work in the ACC, but more arrogant. That type of style works if you have more talent than the other team (Arkansas proved that during the Nolan Richardson years) and can lead to blow-out wins, but against a team like Michigan with good guard play it is rarely successful. VCU depends way too much on turnovers off of the press.

This place is lame. I pay solid cash to go to the tourney and the three games I've attended have been huge wins. Hopefully MSU-Memphis is solid

I don't know, I think McGary has done for UM what Sam Thompson has done for OSU. Both have came on late to fill a much needed role. UM can handle the 'Canes.

A10 handed their first loss. What a beatdown. Michigan looks like they did in January.

I agree with your assessment of McGary. He's come on strong. I just think that Miami has more weapons down low. Kadji, Gamble and Johnson are all above 6-10 and are a load. Johnson isn't as dominant as he was before the injuries, but he still shows flashes of the beast that he once was. And Kadji is as versatile a big man as there is in the country. Just my opinion.

I do think Miami-Michigan would have the potential to be a classic. So would Miami-Indiana.

Big Ten has given the Pac 12 their only 2 losses and the A10 their only loss.

With all fairness to UCLA, their second leading scorer did not play due to a broken body part. The game probably would have been much closer.

Although, Minnesota has the talent to each the Elite Eight. Tubby is a good coach, not great, but he seems to really under-utilize or just not be able to get the maximum ability out of his best players most years, so I think that may burn them in the next couple of rounds.

Don't know if anyone was watching that CBS sentimental moment, but it sounds like Adreiane Payne is in a relationship with a child. Lol.

Michigan looking like a championship team. That was a dismantling of VCU a team that blew a team out in first round.

Does anyone else hate how they have 2 games from noon to 5, then cram 6 games into a 5-hour start window in the evening?

Why not double up all day? Commercials out the ass, drives me crazy.

I know don't why, but I agree completely. I went on a long rant about it above and I am still fuming.

Did they do it because of the weather? I know tomorrow's games in Dayton were moved to early games for that reason. Still no reason to do that though unless like 3 sites are affected.

Maybe those sites, but it's the same every year. They only have 1 game in each time slot early, and then later on you get like 3 games starting at once. If they are going to have have 5 time slots, it should be something like...

12:15 PM (site 1)
1:45 PM (site 2)
2:45 PM (site 1)
4:15 PM (site 2)
5:30 PM (site 3)
7:00 PM (site 4)
8:00 PM (site 3)
9:30 PM (site 4)

So much hyperbole going on with the scheduling complaints. There isn't any point where 2 games will start at once. Every game will tip probably at least 40 minutes apart (no way any of the 2nd games start right on time), which basically means one game will hit halftime right shortly after another game tips. Works out pretty well in my opinion.
