He was indeed tried as an adult but because the crime was committed as a minor he was not eligible for the death penalty.

Yes, if he or she killed 3 people and acted like that in court. This is deserved for guys/girls like this.

Although in my opinion, they should be executed the day after they were found guilty.

The men being raped in prison are in there for a reason being raped. Women being raped when they are free people are being raped unwilllingly. Completely different things. What kind of argument is this?

One that thinks that there is never an appropriate reason for rape. Everyone who thinks that prisoners deserve to be raped disgusts me. You are condoning torture. What about someone who violates the 3 strike drug law and gets 20 years in prison? Does drug violations require prison rape? What about theft? What about DUI? What about other non violent offenders?

For those who think rapists and murderers deserve to be raped, what about women who commit these same crimes? Don't think women are rapists/pedophiles? It happens. What about a woman who drowns her kids? Rape her in prison? Bunch of hypocrites and disgusting people, either you are for rape or you are not. There is no middle ground.

Apparantely once you are convicted of a crime, you no longer have any rights. We are apparantely no better than China and other third world countries. Why don't we just drop them in boiling oil, cut all their fingers and toes off and other such tortures?

I'm in agreement for this guy who the thread is about, yep no better than China (some people get it right. Oil and cutting fingers takes too long, just shoot them) .

Your types' feelings, don't overrule the law on the books. If you truly feel strongly about this, I suggest you run for office where you may have a chance to change the laws.

There is a law on the books requiring rape in these cases? I didn't know that, please direct me to a link of that law, I'd love to see that. I suggest you ask a female friend that you know that has been raped if there is ever a reason for someone to do that to someone else. And what exactly is my type?

It's not required by U.S. law, but may be carried out by prision law. Reality is what it is, and your bleeding heart can't stop it.

I think it boils down to people wish for more punishment asides from just living in jail the rest of his life. Supposedly, men raping other men is notorious in prison. I've never been to prison so I don't know how true that is, but I guess it happens. So I'm guessing it's how people compensate with such a sick & twisted individual not being punished enough (in their viewpoints). If rape happens like we think it does, it's probably reserved for the true monsters like Lane or Sandusky. If you're in prison for DUI, drugs, stealing, etc. then you're probably left alone.

So if you're TJ Lane, perhaps there's no punishment that's too cruel, rape included. I don't really feel this way. I couldn't care less what happens to him. He'll never be a free man again. I'd be interested to hear from him in 5-10 years to see if he's still as care free and unapologetic as he is now. Unless he truly is insane, it won't take him to long to realize life is over and he made a big mistake.

So, just so we're clear on all of this...it's not ok for others to feel some prisoners actually get what they deserve should they take it up the dirt road once they get to prison ...but it's cool for you to wish a little prison law on someone who you feels heart doesn't bleed quite as much as yours....

This thread isn't about a drug offender, thief, drunk driver, non-violent offender, etc so this post is pretty irrelevant to this thread.

My point is, just because someone thinks a guy like TJ Lane deserves some "prison justice" doesn't mean they think everyone in prison deserves it. TJ Lane is not a non-violent criminal. He murdered 3 people in cold blood and has shown zero remorse. He let the families of the victims know that he masterbates to the memory of their murders.
