Women are paid the same as men when you fix all variables. Women are typically paid lower than men because they accrue less experience, work less on average(men average 45 hours a week, women 42), and aren't as willing to ask for raises as men.

Should be allowed to serve in combat units as long as they can pass the same exact physical requirements a man is asked to pass.

Nobody is equal. Down to the level of minutia, we all land on a spectrum of social attractiveness, intelligence, social usefulness, athelticism, size or shape of our bodies, and virtually every other characteristic.

As such, why should ANYONE be treated equally? Per the writings of Joel Fienberg, there is an incorrectness with treating unequals equally unless you can do so based on a common trait that is both equal of everyone and is given gravitas. It cannot be unequal, and it cannot be trivial.

If/when they are permitted to do so, they should be required to register with the Selective Service at 18 years of age.

I personally don't think it's really necessary for anyone to register but if one gender is required and all are permitted to serve in the same capacity, then all should be required to register.
