Looooong story short.

I have a friend back home who has been talking to a girl he met about a month or so ago. He says she's cool, chill, the whole nine yards. She wants to start dating, and he does too... but she's been around the block. They never had a sit down, come to Jesus talk about it all, but it's a girl that sorta has that reputation I guess. He says she's changed and all that stuff, but he can't get it out of his mind. One of his biggest hang ups is that she's been with two of his friends (that he is aware of. Maybe 3).


Is there, in the eyes of the almighty Chatter of Ohio, a number of dudes a chick can hook up with before she is permanently damaged goods?


And for the record.. I told the dude that as long as she is clean, who cares. She isn't from our town, so it's not like everyone would even know.

First off, I couldnt get into a relationship with a girl who has hooked up with a friend, let alone multiple friends.

I was actually having this discussion with a good friend the other day. He wants to find someone like his ex. Good girl, virgin or been with very few people, etc. I think that is a real long shot in our demographic of colleged-aged/just out of college chicks. I also bring up the fact that he is a hypocrite for it being okay that he has been with a bunch of people, but not okay if a girl has.

My stance is that I would prefer to get in a relationship with somebody who hasnt been around the block. However, it would be hypocritical for it to be a deal breaker for me as well. So, when I get in that position, I dont think I am going to bring it up (and hope she doesnt) for a few reasons... I, and Im sure most guys, can tell if a girl is a whore by the way she carries herself. Im not attracted to those girls anyways (in a sense of getting into a relationship). Also, what does the past matter if she has changed and doesnt have the clap or whatever? Worrying about how many people a girl was with is probably something I cared more about in high school. I obviously have my preferences, but I also try to be a realist.

Not sure on a number, but the friends thing would be a no no. Id get with a girl who has been with my friends, but never date.

As long as a girl isnt a total slut who was having a ton of 1 nighters in college, I wouldnt have an issue. If you had a reason to be with multiple guys, Im fine (aka, got to know them and it wasnt a 1 time thing).

I am glad I married a girl who wasn't dealing with this crap. The fact that these questions have to be asked is proof enough for me that it ain't worth it to sleep around.

I don't think there is a number. People grow up at different times. As long as the person has matured beyond it, I don't see the issue.

One thing about friends and girls there always seems to be misleading truth, a little false bragging so the best thing is to know want is truthful and what is not.

I try not to play into the double standard. It's a sneaky **** block for guys.

As long as she isn't a complete whore (when I say complete whore I'm not speaking # of partners, in speaking about who goes about it) idgaf. If I valie most of what she is (physically/intellectual/emotional) then I'm not going to be a QQing little bitch because she slept with other guys before I met her.

Don't ask, don't tell. I'd rather not dig in her past and I sure as hell don't want her digging in mine. If she's clean and we are hitting it off, it's all good.

imo guys who worry about that are insecure about their own performance. they like girls who havent been with many guys and have no idea what good sex is like. they probably figure if her number is high she has been laid very well more than a few times and they are scared to compete.

as far as what would i do. My number has been higher than every girl ive ever been with and its not even close so it would be pretty hypocritical to judge her. being with a lot of guys does not necessarily equal cheating..

Yeah, If I don't know anything, I follow this same policy. Nothing good can come out of it. If a girl asks me, I typically lie. I learned my lesson the hard way when my ex asked me, and she ended up crying lolfail.
