Per CBS, NFL isn't saying why the lights went out, which means it's something that will make them look bad. So, the halftime show rumor S&L posted is feasible.

CBS continues to be the worst network to cover NFL football. Fox, ESPN, NBC,and NFL Network are all better.

Interesting, Ravens had electrical equipment during the whole stoppage while 49ers didn't. That sounds like a huge advantage from a strategic point of view.
