Don't get me wrong... I'm not stupid enough to NOT realize that one is actually PERSONAL information, and the other is a personal attack. I get that. But it just seems like there are so many gray areas, and to be quite honest, it seems like like_that gets away with the "gray areas," simply b/c people (namely moderators) don't care to get the QQ/PWNage backlash from him. Yes, I realize he's been banteded this time.

I agree that it's in the basement let it go. I think ernest needs to be informed that he should probably stay out of the basement.
I like the one distinction we have as far as basement acceptability goes. If you bring it to the site, it's fair game. But if someone else tries to bring up something not on site such as CoA or like_That (I forget which one), digging up Dynasty's g/f or wifes photos posting it then making fun of her, then that's not acceptable anywhere.
