I wish Mike Trout played in the NL....goodness he's fun to watch.

OPS over 1.000 and over 30 SB

Home to 1st 3.65 seconds (Drew Stubbs 3.72)

1st-3rd in 6.55 seconds (off the chart)

If he doesn't almost stop there before the tarp, he'd be able to make that play with going head first into the wall.

My God is there alot of foul ground at Oakland Alameda Colliseum.

That ball is 15 rows deep in most other parks.

After the Yankees put up SIX in the 7th to take a 1 run lead on the Red Sox, Mo blows it in the 9th. Tied up 8-8, Sox still batting T9.

Yusmeiro Petit has a perfect game through 7 for San Francisco.

Boston's grand slam was great...Yank's announcers were so pissed.

Ichiro looked horrible trying to get that.

Wow, just saw he lost it in the 9th w/ 2 outs...nearly caught.

Good..SF broke my heart last year. They deserve every bit of torture and pain they get.

This shit is bad for baseball and umpires are just too much into their power. Just effin ask the 1st base ump and let him remain unless he harps on it after the AB.

Don't swing at balls in the ground at your feet, clearly the bat went over the plate. Don't push over the line when you are wrong.
The umpire should have realized that it was Cabrera and treated him different even though he would not shut up. The line for being a jackass should clearly run high if you are a star player.

For the love of God it wasn't even heated. Unless he wished death upon his family he shouldn't have been tossed. No one other than the catcher in the entire stadium knows what was being said.

Never in my sporting days did I ever question an official and my kids follow suit....but Jesus it's sports entertainment and no one in that stadium or watching on TV is there to see the damn ump....if he f bombed him multiple times fine but if he said that's fuckin bullshit....no that's not telling him off. I guess the NBA has ruined me.

Regardless....I'm not changing my opinion on it and your screen name lets me know the same.

I agree, the umpire should have treated him different and let him continue to be a jackass and remain in the game. They need a list a players who the rules don't apply to. Fail on MLB for not providing that list to the crews.

That's awesome. It would be better if you also taught health class.

I did for 2 years but that's been about 10 years ago.

Every health teacher weighs 600 lbs and quite honestly the exam to be certified to teach health is the least demanding test ever.....it's embarrassing.

The PE/Health teacher at our school ran a 22:50 5K last week and she hardly trained for it.

Friend of mine is old college roommates with a MLB umpire and I have met him a couple of times when he gets to Cincy, and he has said a number of times that if you start making it personal is when you get tossed. YOu can say "that was a fuckin terrible call, worst FN POS call ever," etc. But if you start to say "you are fucking terrible, you are a FN POS" etc then that is pretty much automatic.

Just getting in on this now.

But I92, you ALSO have no clue what was said. Miguel has been tossed A LOT this year. I think HE THINKS he should get special treatment over calls as well as arguing calls. Dude argues balls and strikes more than most players in the league (I watch Tigers almost every night during Indians commercials etc). My guess is he was a jackass again and deserved the ejection.
