Well, the house we're renting now was at one time. I don't know if it's a legal requirement, but the landlord disclosed it anyway.

Not sure what that even meant, but there you go.
Wow. $30 a SF. Hope the neighborhood is safe for you and yours.

Eh, there is crime from time to time, but the wife and I are okay with that. Like I said, we only live a couple blocks from there now, so it won't be much of a change.

Not big enough for an OC open house party. As for moving? I will buy lunch for anyone that helps us move. LOL

That's probably below average for a B1G grad.

FIFY. You own negative five houses. You actually owe five people a house.

33K. Pretty cheap.

Musta been a crackhouse, a murder inside recently, located on an old indian burial ground and now haunted, newarkcatholicfan living in the basement and refusing to leave, or previously owned by black people.

LOL Well, we white folk only make up about 10% of the North Hill population, so the last one is nearly a guarantee.

As for NCF in the basement, if that's the case, it might soon be a house that had a murder inside.

In all seriousness, it's in a poor area. Cleaned up or not, houses are cheap here, because not that many people want to live here. Even the people who DO live here often don't want to.

Guy, I don't know you, you don't know me.

From what I've read so far, and I hope you are not making this plunge based upon what you have read on this web site, do not buy this place now.

I would pass on this opportunity. PM me if you wish., I've been throught this stuff is the past.
