And black athletes that wear doo rags, strut around witha look at me dance during pre-games and most telling... kill numerous people... are frequently profiled rightly so as thugs. There are 535 US Congressmen and 84 of them have been charged with DUI at sometime in their lives. So a better profile would be people who have been charged with DUI are like many of our country's best and brightest. (although I'd agree that being a US Congressman isn't always as respected as it probably should be)

For the purpose of accuracy, most officers will ask, "What color was he?" Yes/No questions don't get you as far, plus they assume nothing.
