The cameraman is Evan Westlake. He briefly uploaded it to YouTube the night of the incident, but it was quickly deleted. IIRC, local LE stated that they only had audio of the conversation, and the video was "unrecoverable."

Not sure who was recording it. If he is not charged and arrested today it just shows how bad the city truly is. Atleast he is old enough for them to charge him as an adult since the other two have already had the kidnapping charges dropped and the rape charges moved to juvenile court. The leaders in Stubenville just keeping looking worse and worse. These kids ALL need to go to trail as adults. They shouldn't be dropping any charges instead their trying to let them get off with a slap on the wrist.
