Yeah, I would advise you to stay clear. There's no safe harbor for good intentions when it comes to kiddie porn possession.

They may 'go hard', but there are also plenty of unsubstantiated charges and dubious 'facts' in that blog post:
wrote:The victim had been intentionally drugged with a “date rape” intoxicant.
Has this been proven?
wrote:In May of 2012, Ed Wilson a Steubenville Big Red football player and two other unknown individuals shot out the windows of 14 vehicles in Steubenville. Despite being arrested, and confessing to the crime – he was never sentenced or made to pay restitution.
Maybe true, but I couldn't find anything online about it.
wrote:Coach Sacchoia’s motto to his boys is: “lie till you die”.
wrote:Assistant Coach Pierro handles this aspect of the “program”, allowing the boys to view porn on his computer – and even providing drugs and alcohol to those who are “extra” deserving.
wrote:The “date rape” drug used to knock the victim of the gang rape unconscious was supplied by this criminal (Nathan Hubbard) with the knowledge and consent of Parks and Pierro.
Pretty serious charges without a shred of evidence.
wrote:Not only is this football team the very epicenter of social life in this otherwise sleepy little mid-western town, but it is a huge economic engine in the community – generating millions of dollars in economic activity, tax revenue – and income in the form of hundreds of jobs.

Millions of dollars and hundreds of jobs, really? I sense an exaggeration here.

My comment had to do with the dirt they are able to find on people (dox).

They are unsubstantiated to you and I, but we don't know what they've uncovered, looked at, or read. Nor do we know who they've talked to.

So, they could be VERY substantiated.

Well sure, but if they ARE substantiated, why can't they provide the proof? I'm all for rooting out corruption and criminality, but it's hard to make a fair-minded judgment with all the facts. Many on here seem not to care too much about that.

They are providing proof, just slowly but surely. They are wanting the right authorities to get involved with the mess before doing EVERYTHING. At least, that's my take on it.

Along the lines of what OSH is saying. Are they supposed to give the evidence to the corrupt Sheriff that they outed for him to investigate?

If they don't trust anyone from law enforcement, why not put the evidence into the public domain? I have serious doubts about whether they have the evidence to back up some of their claims.

It was always an ongoing joke about what a corrupt POS Abdella was growing up in the area. Ties to the mob, taking money...etc. I am sure some of it was bullshit, but the talk was always there

The interwebs is the public domain. They're not law enforcement, they can't put evidence out there for public consumption anyway and jeopardize legal prosecution. All they can do is lead law enforcement in the right direction. They've done that. The byproduct is damning in the court of public opinion, that can't be avoided.

I could be wrong, but in the video they published The Sheriff said he/his Department confiscated the cell phones of the players to ensure, nothing could be deleted from them...according to him. Later he states he's not in charge of the investigation and the local PD is handling it. WTF. That's part of the corruption they are referring to.

But they already did put SOME evidence out there, so why not all of it? I guess I have a problem with vigilante justice, especially when some of it is being done by means that are clearly illegal (hacking). The whole MOW/Jim Parks things is particulary scary, especially if it turns out that he isn't guilty of anything. Right now they've found files on his computer, which they describe like this...

"Among the many interesting things discovered in this trove were several pornographic images of extremely young women, quite possibly underage. One particularly difficult to explain image lifted from James Parks E-Mail is this picture, which appears to show a scantily clad under-age student. It would seem to have been surreptitiously shot in the girls bathroom at the high school."

"quite possibly underage", "appears to show...under-age student", and "seems to have been...at the high school"

These charges are qualified (possibly, appears, seems), and yet they draw a picture of someone that is a true creeper. If he is, I hope he gets what he deserves. But if he isn't, then the 'damning in the court of public opinion' will have taken its toll.

There is plenty of smoke here, I'll give you that. But some of these 'truthers' are seeing the smoke and immediately trying to fight a fire that may or may not be there.

They have stated to a certain individual that is tied to the whole situation that they are "contacting AT&T and/or Verizon about backed up MMS from the cell phones." Supposedly the providers have a database of cell phone contacts and can trace messages.

That is one of the bits that take a little bit of time.

This stuff doesn't happen overnight. There is a lot that could be considered hearsay, but to others, it is truth. The right people will be involved -- could potentially be the federal government if certain things are outed. Anonymous isn't some rinky-dink organization that is based off of lies and rumors. They will only get involved if there's reason to be involved. I am sure that this will uncover MORE than an underage rape case -- which has already been tweeted about in corruption, drugs, etc. We have only seen the beginning.

These kids truly are disgusting and vile idiots.

At least it sounds like there is 1 guy in the video with some moral tendencies, but obviously not enough to really do anything.

Assholes (one worse than the others) jokingly doing a play-by-play of the rape. A couple were saying it was fucked up that they raped her and what if it was your sister. Unreal.

It's basically just a video of some asshole making jokes about the girl being "Dead." They are to the effect that she didn't move when they were raping her, she didn't move when thy put their dick in her anus. She didn't move when people were pissing on her. Some idiot continues to make jokes the whole time. Eventually 1 guy starts to say this isn't funny and this was rape. But he didn't do anything about it, just argued with the idiots.

Jesus Christ dude. Glad they were stupid enough to film all this and glad Anonymous got involved.
