Sergey Bubka

Dude broke the world record for the pole vault 35 times all because of money. Rumor is he'd break WR's all the time in practice.
Exactly how high he could have jumped at his best is unknown: because of the large prizes on offer from event promoters for breaking world records, the majority of his world record attempts were made at 1 cm higher than the existing record, and once achieved, he would not attempt another record jump until the next opportunity to collect a prize, even after a substantial clearance showing he could have achieved a higher height.[SUP]" [/SUP]

And had he had perhaps a few better skill players around him, Marino would have had multiple Super Bowls and be considered the greatest of all time. Even though I think he's the best natural quarterback who ever lived even without one. The fake spike against the Jets is one of the great plays ever. But that was just a glimpse into Marino's genius on the football field. He is a legend.
He should have pulled out of the pocket a few years ago.

Mensa puts you in what, the top 2% of the population? You've met thousands and thousands of people in your life who qualify for Mensa. Only douchebags actually do it.

For basketball, Battier is the name that comes to mind. Maybe AC Green? David Robinson? For baseball, tough to say--Maddux is an good pick. Not sure who else to put at the top.

I bet he could count the times he made a woman nut during his whole playing career.
