Only if a team as stupid as the Browns draft him in the top-10. Barkley will be fortunate to get drafted in the 1st rd.

USC, 1-0. Game goes down as a forfeit, as Brian Kelly negligently kills his water boy during the game.

Honestly, though... I'm pulling for Notre Dame. It just sickens me to think they'll be playing an (unpunished) Alabama in the NC game.

Most mock drafts have him in the top 5, many as high as 2nd. He'll certainly drop a bit with an injury to his throwing shoulder, but I highly doubt he drops out of the first round.

We'll see if the USC secondary can keep up with Notre Dame's jump ball offense.

hard to believe sc has lost 4 games this year. If ND can win in Norman, they can win in LA. Irish by 4-7

USC has nothing to lose, while ND has everything to lose.

That said, I think ND will lose by a score.

Stanford is the only team USC has played with a defense anywhere close to as good as Notre Dame's. USC scored 14 points in that game.

Oh and Notre Dame has faced 6 defenses better than USC's defense.

edit: I take that back....7 defenses.

It's all about match ups though. Wood/Lee vs Jackson/Russell is a one-sided affair. Plus it's a rivalry game and USC is playing just to fuck over Notre Dame. This is a coin flip.

Reps. This is a game where you can throw out stats and comparisons.

USC's offensive line is depleted and I'll be interested to see if their freshman QB will have enough time to even get to ball to Lee.

Why exactly would this be a punk ass move?

It's true. Notre Dame's offense this year is very much like UM's last year when they had they guys to go up and win the jump ball passes. Not a knock, just a fact.

Lying about your starting QB being out in order to try to gain some sort of advantage over your opponent? If you don't consider that a punk-ass move, I'd be interested to hear what exactly you consider it.

ND's QB leaves a lot to be desired. He's not a great passer and his decision making is mediocre at best.

Actually he's a pretty good passer. His decision making is iffy but he has been much better the last couple weeks
