They coming to the Horse Shoe for the Ohio State, Michigan game or going to LA for the USC/Notre Dame game?

Without a doubt, So. Cal.
If the game was in South Bend, and thus, on NBC, maybe not. It's the ABC Primetime game for a shot at ND going to a title...you do the math.

@NDatRivals: College GameDay headed to USC next weekend for the final home game of Matt Barkley's career. Sounds like No. 1 Notre Dame will be there too.
@Samantha_Steele: Yep, @CollegeGameDay is headed to Notre Dame @ USC... not gonna lie, this west coast girl is excited to get back to the sun!!!

I would guess USC. Notre Dame is playing for a national championship appearance. OSU is playing for the end of an undefeated regular season.
Regardless of where gameday is (who really cares?), there are a lot of good games next week...
Michigan - OSU
Oregon - Oregon State
Stanford - UCLA
Oklahoma State - Oklahoma
South Carolina - Clemson
Notre Dame - USC
