Not mad or frustrated. Not a big fan of Obama either - didn't vote for him. Outside of the aHCA, I can't say I like much of his work. But I find it comical how people are consumed with him just like others were with Bush. Bush definitely expanded executive powers, and a lot of people weren't cool with that. It was something 2008 Obama promised to correct course on, but now he's going even further. If Repubs get the Senate, then rather than working with them (like pretty much every other POTUS with a divided/opposition Congress) Obama will either run his pen dry or spend a historic amount of time on the golf course. Possibly both.
