Sadly, no. All he knows is community organizing - agitating and giving speeches, He's never really shown much interest in moving on from being an advocate to being a leader.HitsRus;1551660 wrote:Does the guy understand what it means to be POTUS the leader of the free world?

To quote a great OC poster ................ "not my president".
The only question is, has he inflicted so much damage that we cannot recover.

" And it's a disgrace -- as I said maybe two weeks ago, but certainly last week -- how our government, the Obama administration, treated the passing of Margaret Thatcher, who is responsible for the freedom of more people than any of Obama's favorite leaders or what have you. Absolute disgrace. "

HitsRus, do not get me started on this.
Lady Thatcher, Reagan and Pope John Paul II collaborated and ended regimes that killed millions of people. But our academic "elite" still won't acknowledge it because it goes against their views that socialism is a good thing....as long as we are in control of it.

When you think it cannot possibly get any worse, it gets worse.
The only question is, can we survive until 2016?

I wonder, if the Repubs take the Senate (which now looks possible, thanks to Obamakare)...if a lame-duck Obama will just stop even pretending to try or actually work with Repubs to accomplish something.

Chief Justice John Roberts is experiencing his own "careful what you wish for" moment right now.
He is making the rounds complaining about the sequester and that there is no money in the judiciary budget and how it needs to be raised and the threat it poses to the entire judicial system.
The Citizens United ruling he made happen is what allowed the Tea Party to rise to power.
Seeing him complain about it now is like Dr. Frankenstein complaining about his monster. Just another example of all that is wrong with American politics where you do something you think is going to help your side and not realize or think about the unintended consequences.

Since the population is almost 3 times what it was during the 1930's the size and scale of your assertion seems irrelevant.

Critics of President Obama's nominee to head the Justice Department's Civil Rights Division have described Debo Adegbile as “radical,” “dangerous” and “outside the mainstream.” Now he is facing heated criticism for his role in getting convicted cop-killer Mumia Abu-Jamal's death sentence overturned during his time as a lawyer with the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund (LDF).
Abu-Jamal was convicted of the 1981 killing of Philadelphia police officer Daniel Faulkner.
Adegbile was asked about the case during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing last week and replied, "It's important, I think, to understand that in no way does that legal representation, zealously as an advocate, cast any aspersion or look past the grievous loss of Sergeant Faulkner."
His critics, including Congressman Mike Fitzpatrick, R-Pa., disagree. According to Fitzpatrick, "[Abu-Jamal's] attorneys ... attended a rally in Philadelphia and said that they could not have been prouder than to have had the opportunity not to represent justice, not to fight for the Constitution, but to represent Mumia Abu-Jamal."
Faulkner's widow, Maureen, says she is "outraged" by Obama’s decision to nominate Adegbile to such an important post. "To have a man who defended a murderer, someone who murdered a police officer with premeditation and malice, is a radical, is a Black Panther, and to give him an appointment, to nominate him, to the Department of Justice, I mean it's a disgrace."
Every single day it just gets more and more unbelievable, more and more outrageous.

Bipartisan Senate panel report on Benghazi concludes the attack was preventable and the fault of the State Dept. and the military.

There has been 200 x more media coverage of a few people sitting in a minor traffic jam, than there has been of the incredible failures, criminal acts, treason, lies and cover-ups related to IRS-gate, Benghazi-gate, NSA-gate, AP-gate, Fast-n-Furious and on and on and on ........ It is just completely sickening.

You know what quacker, I am really getting bored with you hyperbole and bullshit.
Has BHO had some failures? Sure. But to assert criminal acts, treason, and cover ups?
If you have proof, publish it in a reputable place. Have it peer reviewed and collect your million dollars for your own Pulitzer award. You will have saved the nation from whatever "ism" you have imagined or espoused in the past.
In conclusion, it is you that is "completely sickening" I cannot imagine in 3 years when you are staring at 8 years of another Clinton term.

No one cares what fucktards like Quaker have to say either. Especially when what they "say" is direct cut-n-paste from their biased sites (as opposed to the biased sites that the nuthuggers use) combined with laughable hyperbole.SportsAndLady;1567839 wrote:Give it up. That's true. People like QO are best just to laugh at and not respond to (unless they bring their politard shit to forums that people actually care about --- I think most people know that the poli forum is the place for potato-counters to congregate) while they all suck each other off over whatever headlines they feel like bitching about on a given day.SportsAndLady;1567851 wrote:Obviously DA cares what he has to say, since he got all butthurt about it.
