As for IWB holsters, I'm going to recommend Theis Holsters. It's a 1 man operation, all hand made. I got a horsehide with Kydex clips. I can carry a Commander size 1911 all day sitting down at work with no issues. Give them a look.

I'm curious about how often everyone disassembles their semi auto handgun for cleaning. My brother in law ...who grew up with guns in West Va. says never to take apart your gun unless something is wrong. On his advice , I usually just clean and lube the readily accessible parts....clean and lube the barrel, the slide, etc., and wipe the outside down.
