I read somewhere else that the walls to see the exhibit were 4-5 feet tall. I'm betting a negligent parent put the kid up there.

There are definitely zoos where it is easy to fall in to various exhibits. When I was at the Milwaukee Zoo, you could easily fall into a number of them, and some with killer animals.

No way this woman should win any lawsuit. If anything, she should be charged. Pisses me off that people do stupid stuff and when something happens, they sue.
