Sat in front of the NYY Suite in Tampa in 1999 Final Four. Invited my cousin (who they knew...his dad is Mike Lupica) and I into the suite and we ate KFC with them. Jeter, Posada, Rivera, David Wells, Tino Martinez, Paul O'Neil and Sinbad (lol...yes Sinbad)

Took a picture with Jerry Rice at the Stanford public park. I was there for a tennis camp and he was jogging in the off-season. Ive since lost the picture. It was terrible quality anyway. Same trip I met Steve Jobs and Steve Young who lived in my "Aunts" neighborhood in Palo Alto. My "Aunt" is somehow related to my mom, though not actually her aunt.

Met Charles Barkley but was too hammered to get a picture down in Auburn. Bragged about it, then realized my GF and her family actually know each other by name. I was put to shame lol. He is in their Christmas Card from last year.

Met hundreds of Indians players and opposing players since 1997. My dads best friend is Bobby DiBiasio.

Got smashed with Peyton Manning and Ryan Gosling this year at the Super Bowl festivities downtown. Peyton was just there, not drinking much. Gosling is an animal though. Also been hammered with Mark Cuban numerous times in Bloomington when he comes back to IU (Usually when Dallas is playing in Indy).

Saw Jamele Hill (SP) in the Detroit airport a few months ago. Would never talk to her, she sucks. But I did steal her fries when her order came. She could stand to lose a few lbs anyway.

Tons of Indiana players (of note: Eric Gordon, DJ White, Cody Zeller and Tracy Porter)

Lots of tennis players down in Miami during the NASDAQ 100 (stayed on Key Biscayne, where the tourney is held) I did get to hit with Martina Hinges who was on the court next to my dad and I, which was awesome. Chick was a baller.

Go to the Final Four and its a whos who of college basketball and the NBA. Played pick-up with Doc Rivers and his son Austin. Austin was so young, still about as good as anyone there at his age.

A few others, but Im drawing a blank.

My gf would hate you right now she loves Ryan gosling lol

I think it depends on how big of a fan I am of the person. If I were to meet Louis CK, I'd probably ask for a picture. But I've never met a celebrity that I was a huge fan of. So if I actually do say something to them, I just act like I have no idea who they are and talk to them like they are just no-name people. In my experiences, they have responded pretty well to that and tend to open up a little more to bullshit with me.

The girls throwing themselves at him were ridiculous. I seriously have no idea why a man like that would ever date a girl at his age. Obviously you want to settle down at some point, but it would be literally impossible to stay faithful without flying your woman to every city you were in.

Really cool guy, btw. Bought several rounds for the entire bar on him and sang the IU Fight song with us and looked at a guy in a Purdue shirt after and goes, "Suck on that. Fuck the Boilers." lol

Nah. I'd talk to them, but I wouldn't ask for an autograph.

I used to see Dick Goddard grocery shopping about once every couple months. Got to the point where he or I would recognize the other and chat for a few minutes. Cool guy.

For some reason I tend to bump into celebrities in odd locations particularly elevators.

In the mid-80's I got in an elevator with Vanna White at the Hyatt Regency in Columbus. Total bitch. I also rode an elevator with Lou Rawls at the San Francisco Hilton. Great guy. Talked with him quite awhile.

I was working a trade show in Anaheim in the early 90's when a gal walked up and starting asking me questions. I stared at her for a second and told her she looked a lot like Lisa Whelchel (played Blair in the TV show The Facts of Life) and she laughed and said, "Well, that's because I am Lisa Whelchel." Super nice lady and a hottie!

He dates people like Rachel McAdams, Blake Lively, Olivia Wilde, Kat Dennings and Eva Mendes. I would say those are decent reasons to stay faithful.

I was walking down the street in New Orleans on a saturday afternoon and walking towards me was Shane Carwin. He looked like a mean son of a bitch, I made eye contact and was about to say something but he just looked at me and shook his head and kept walking. He was with a tall blonde that looked like she had just ended her shift at hustler. A picture would've been sweet but i wasn't about to bother a former UFC heavy weight champ.

That's the only run in with any sort of celebrity I've had.

Nope. Have never marked out. When I wrestled I worked with a lot of legends in the business and never once asked for autographs. I did ask Abdullah the Butcher for some barbeque as he makes a mean barbeque.

Rode up the gondola lift at Vail with Linda Evans and Yanni in the mid 90s. She asked me what I do..."back there in Ohio"...real condescending like and I told her I was a Professional Turtle Noodler. She didn't say much after that.

BTW...people that collect autographs are dipshits.

I avoid talking to anyone, that&#8217;s not to say I&#8217;m not friendly I just don&#8217;t have anything to say nor do I want to infringe on their privacy. Entertainers, Professional Athletes, Politician are just people like me, nothing special no reason to get all excited. However many seek me out for conversation, direction or help I must just look like an interesting, knowledgeable and friendly individual.</SPAN>

I know he does. Still would be virtually impossible if they werent with you at all your stops and you went out on the town (aka, got drunk). Watched first hand the choices he had. Some were better than those girls.

When I was maybe 12 I saw Jimmy Jackson at Best Buy in Toledo buying a shit ton of stuff so I asked him for his autograph. He signed a small piece of paper but never said a word or looked at me; basically ignored me the best he could.
