Totally agree. I gave up pop the cold turkey way 3 and a half years ago. The only time I ever have it is in mixed drinks and even then I can barely taste it. I drink ALOT more water than I ever did and it was my substitute for pop. I also probably go through a gallon of milk every 2-3 days. I also have heard that the darker pop are even worse for you then the clear pops. I think the darker pops cause cancer more and are bad for your kidneys. So amybe even try switching to 7up and Sprite first.
