2) Both teams have equal victories, imo. Duke has one more top 25 win..but NC State will not be #16 anymore after a loss last night. That was not a good loss. Michigan lost at Ohio State, Kansas won that game going away.

There's no way you can make an argument that UM and Duke are ahead of KU in the standings right now. Especially considering KU hasn't lost since the 2nd game of the season.
NC State is #16 after last night's loss (http://www.rpiforecast.com/live-rpi.html). And I included the games remaining to show how KU doesn't have the opportunities to pass them if Duke or Michigan doesn't lose - and also that Duke and Michigan are more likely to lose.

KU can be considered ahead of Michigan. But until Duke loses tonight at Miami, Im not sure what world you are living on that thinks their resume isnt #1.

Really?! You don't think ku has any credibility to be #1? They've won 16 games in a row and their 1 loss was to a top 12 team. They have 2 wins on the road over a top 20 team and many good victories against good mid majors. Duke lost to an overrated NC state and have 2 very good road wins. Almost exactly the same to this point. Difference is, duke just lost, Kansas hasn't lost since November.

I dont care when teams lost. I hate that polls do that, but whatever.

Looking at the resumes of each team, give me Dukes every day. Not like it matters, I think they will lose tonight vs Miami. I dont think Duke is the best team in the nation, but I cant objectively look at the top teams resumes and say they dont deserve it right now.

I hate when polls do that, too. But they do it. Except when it happens to be duke. Sorry but if the teams were reversed, duke would be #1 with 16 straight wins and Kansas just coming off a loss.

There's no way you can complain about Duke getting more love than Kansas. Anybody that is a fan of Duke, UNC, Kansas, Kentucky, or Syracuse has no right to complain about media bias.

That doesn't make sense. Since your whole reason to being a Kansas fan is because they are ALWAYS on TV.

If this game ends up more than a 20-point victory, I totally agree Duke should probably fall to #2. It's only fair after all.

Lehigh wins @ Bucknell in small conference action. That's a really good win with McCollum out.

Butler lost by 1 @ La Salle. And Creighton is down 18 at half to the Drake.

Bright side for Duke fans...at least they didn't lose by 33, like Carolina at FSU.

Does this mean, though, that Duke has no chance of winning a title? That's what they all said when Carolina got blasted last year. Looks like the Blue Devils should just move on to next season.
