Up 57-41 early 2nd, 20 points for Freshman Isaiah Austin, who has the shoes to fill in for both Perry Jones, Quincy Acy and Quincy Miller up front.

C.J. McCollum with 24 for Lehigh.
Haha. Lehigh is legit. I know coming from me that nobody will take that seriously, but, as you highlight, McCollum is a very good player. He's not preseason All-America First Team good, as some in the media have prognosticated, but he'll probably average upwards of 25 a game this year and be one of those "stars to watch" heading into the Dance.

After the game is over the UConn players should go take a tour of a combat zone. I'm sure most of them already are carrying weapons.

Michigan State off to a typical meager start to the season, I see. Based off their overall horrendous performance tonight, I conclude that they will be in my Final Four.

Kentucky got beat on the boards and somewhat homered by the zebras. Harrow, Noel and Poythress all had 2 fouls within 6 minutes, Noel and Harrow played a combined like 8 minutes.

Bucknell beats Purdue.
Rutgers loses at home to St. Peters.
Drexel loses to Kent State. Apparently didn't learn their lesson from last year that the WHOLE SEASON matters if you want an at-large bid.

South Dakota State went up 29-16 on Bama, but the Tide have closed it to 29-27 by half.

UK in a dogfight.

The Terps are starting to play pretty well and had a nice run to only be down by 1.
Maryland should be a darkhorse in the ACC. Nice team built around Len.

We will see. 2 things....UCLA is appealing(not that that matters) and they didn't say the whole season from what I have read.

They don't announce these things and all of the sudden rule him eligible later.

If they win the appeal, that's a different story...

I am SO glad that he didn't choose Duke. And after the Kanter ordeal, I am sure you are feeling similarly about Shabazz not choosing Lexington.

Kentucky may have the size, but they have zero effort on the boards.
UMD is housing them in rebounds.

That's my concern about tonight. Win or lose. He's got talent, but had a deer in the headlights look. Similar to what Teague looked like last year really early. No surprise (like Teague), Harrow has gotten the biggest "chew outs" from Coach Cal.

This is probably going to be what they hear the most. With that size and strength (Goodwin, Poythress, Mays are all strong for their position) it's a joke to get dominated like this. At least 15 of the rebounds have been just loose balls or simply out hustled.

And Florida and Gtown call the game at halftime.
Wow, carrier games 0-3

Not sure how this will be scored, it is 27-23 Florida at halftime.

I'd be pissed scheduling a quality OOC opponent and then not getting to complete the game...
