UCLA should fire Howland immediately and hire whoever the Cal Poly guy is. At least his offense would be one step closer to the Showtime Lakers compared to Howland's. With the amount of elite players they have, UCLA is just frightful to watch. Horrendous.

Lol, again. Why would you EVER go here if you're a top recruit? Yet another black eye on Ben Howland. Not Josh Smith leaving directly, but the fact that Howland continues to have issues OVER AND OVER with some of these top recruits...

The Ben Howland Debacle is just further evidence that UCLA is no longer a basketball power on the same level that Duke, North Carolina, Kentucky, Kansas and Indiana are. The fans, administration and boosters in Westwood have wallowed in mediocrity and embarrassment under Howland for far too long now without any apparent sign that a change is on the horizon. Hell, coaches who have won a national championship as recently as two years previous are fired in today's day and age at schools that aren't even considered the elite of the elite in their respective sports. Look at Gene Chizik at Auburn. He just won it all in January of 2011. Ben Howland hasn't sniffed a Final Four since 2008.

The Bruins have been to more NITs in the last three seasons than the amount of times they've finished the year in the Top 25 since 2008. And that's in the face of an SI article that tore the program down limb by limb last spring for fostering a culture of ineptitude and lawlessness that was titled simply, "Not The UCLA Way." The fans, however, don't even seem to care.

Boise St. up 14 on #11 Creighton with 4 min. to go...AT Creighton. It hasnt been recent either. Bosie St. has been up double digits since the early going.

Boise hung with another big program earlier in the year I can remember who at the moment. Usually Boise is garbage

LOL for including Indiana but not Ohio State. Ohio State has accomplished far more than Indiana recently; your hate continues!

Impressed with OSU last night. One of many teams who will be there are the end. A tougher team than I expected.

It's clear that right now, Duke and Indiana are above everyone else. It's not surprising as those are two of the more experienced teams out there.

We'll see what things look like in a few months but I still maintain that it's wide open.

Duke and Indiana? Indiana is above everyone else; I don't think Duke is on the same leve as IU.

There really isn't anything I like about adidas, but these black Notre Dame jerseys are nice.

I like them, too. Notre Dame's gonna be tough tonight, trying to keep this home streak alive. I'm happy to see Harrow back.

I really don't think Kentucky is a top 20 team at this point.

Unrelated, but Manti is one special kid. Too bad we dont have more athletes like him out there.

Noel is the worst offensive player we've had since I got to UK. Worse than Eloy Vargas.

He's a good passer, but he has no post moves at all. He can't even dunk without an open lane. Poythress on the other hand... get out of the way.

I though UK getting points was a good bet. Not so. Going to be an interesting game Saturday afternoon against Baylor. A very similar situation as UK outside of Jackson and Heslip. Lots of new pieces.
