Pat Shurmur must live in an alternate universe.
He has zero sense of urgency in his playcalling. The guy has lost 14 of 15 games and is working on an 11 game losing streak with a new owner taking over on Tuesday.
Yet watching the game you'd think he has all the job security in the world with the way he calls a game.
I have never seen a guy put up less of a fight with his career on the line essentially (he will never get another HC position after this).

Huge return and we have to settle for 3 because we can only muster 7 yards on what is the 5th straight possession without a first down.
I almost don't want them to win because Shurmur doesn't deserve it. I want his ass to feel like it is on fire from how hot his seat is with Haslam taking over this week.

Do the Browns really have that little confidence in the #3 overall pick in the draft that they don't give him the ball on 3rd and 1?
