Haha, yeah, one of the few players in the majors that isn't an automatic double play.

Not necessarily the first pitch part, but the oppo part is what is needed for teams to advance in the playoffs.

Ludwick extremely slow down the line and gets doubled up to end the inning without scoring any runs in the inning that Baumgarner couldn't make it through.

Good to get the first hit out of the way, especially with 2 out, so having a no hitter going doesn't cause things to be done that are contrary to doing what is best to win the game!

It makes little sense to bring Lincecum in...but still, amazing how far he's fallen.

How does Bronson retire his 19th out of 20 batters to end the 6th inning? There have only been 18 outs!

He had to mean 18 of 19. Pagan is the lead off guy and made the last out of the 6th (followed by some 4-letter words in Spanish and a bat smash onto the ground), so it would have to be 18 of 19.

Its the 7th and Bronson is on the mound with a 4 run lead and we know how fast that can go away, so Dusty needs to have someone loosening in the bullpen BEFORE Bronson throws his 1st pitch of the 7th! I don't care how well he has pitched so far.

Should have thrown Posey a front door curve ball.

Never dreamed that Bronson would pitch that well tonight, or well period. I think that was a personal F U game to me, which I'll gladly take.

I've said before that I liked Bronson pitching this game. There's something to be said for postseason experience, and Bronson actually had a pretty good year.

If you were going to throw Arroyo in the series (the only other option was a 3-man rotation w/Cueto, Latos, Bailey), he had to go in game 2. You couldn't justify him at GABP.
