She's walking away, but when the officer goes to confront her she appears to turn and bring the bottle up...It's at that point you could argue the officer is reacting to slap the bottle out (and hits her in the face at the same time).

So some people are throwing water...doesn't mean the next one doesn't have acid or something else in it. She doesn't have any business being where she is or doing what she's doing.

Yea who's to say the next bottle didn't have acid or raccoon piss!!!! I'd just go around punching everyone with a water bottle. Gotta cover all bases!!

He didn't need to bash her in the face, but she was hopping around, acting all cocky,throwing water on a cop. It was funny to see her get jacked up after that. He cooled her ass off real quick.

Don't fuck with big, dumb, power-happy dudes in uniform if you can't beat their ass. Not hard.

She learned a valuable lesson. Bet next time she sees and ordeal with police arresting someone, she goes about her business instead of sticking her nose where it doesn't belong.
