You look at the contending teams in the league year after year and what do they all have in common.......They know how to develop players!!!

We don't have a coach on the staff that knows how to develop a young player.

Gordon is a nice young player it looks like, but hes shown nothing to say there's even that kind of potential to be an Andre Johnson or megatron.

Of all our receivers I think Benjamin has the highest potential...but even his ceiling isn't that great. My opinion of course.

I don't think he can be an Andre Johnson or a megatron but he could be like a Dwayne bowe, mike Wallace type guy that's very good but not great.
