In any other city this would be douchey, but in Chicago? The cop was probably right. There have been so many murders here it's ridiculous. The violence is slowly creeping up north (like S&L said). I won't consider moving into a garden level apartment just because I don't want people looking into my apartment at all my stuff.

It was 5:30 in the morning, it was dark out, I think everything looks black when the lights are out, especially when a crime is being committed.
