I consistently watch 7-8 shows (or try to) and Last Resort is the best. Marcus Chaplan is the man.

Damn straight.
I just started watching Chicago Fire the last couple weeks, and it's probably my new favorite.

I'm kind of on the fence about Chicago Fire. It's alright but it's just missing something for me. I was a big Rescue Me fan so maybe I'm just setting the bar too high.

He knows how to handle a shovel.

But you know, when he says he did the guy a favor, he actually did. I get it - Gyp the merciful.

I watch Chicago Fire, and I like the storyline, but the acting is subpar in my opinion. I think the supporting actors are better than the main characters.

Yeah. Pretty shocking. That show has no reservations about offing a main character.

Interesting choice of how they let the viewer in on it. I wasn't entirely sure that their cover had been blown, at least not so specifically. Owen was such a bad-ass that I feel kind of cheated not seeing how it went down. Maybe we'll see it in a flashback. I kind of understand why they did what they did, but he's a good actor and I think it would have been great drama.

I was pissed they killed off Jimmy, now they kill off Owen. I didn't think I'd like it after Jimmy was gone, they redeemed themselves. Lets hope they do the same after Owen's death.

I'm wondering if the probie isn't really on Nucky's payroll or if Luciano tipping off Masseria is that got him caught.

I have this sneaky suspicion that Owen faked his own death to get away with Margaret, and she's just going to disappear one episode soon. It's just not in Boardwalk's tradition to not show a death..

I'm not that pissed they cut him off the show though...I wasn't a big fan. I'd be a lot more pissed if they cut off Mr. Harrow. He's the badass..

Faking his own death, wow that would be something. I think he would have made sure Margaret and the kids got away safely first before he did that, though.

But I'm thinking we are going to see a flashback of some sort. Although the other side of the argument is we already know pretty much exactly how that went down. Just Hollywood tradition to give good characters/actors a proper exit - you don't write them off in a bitch way like that.

I do like Mr. Harrow, as well. As far as I can tell, he's the only one left for Nucky to turn to. And Al Capone. I'm guessing Season 4 will be the rise of Al Capone, and it's going to be awesome!

HBO: So it all ends for Owen in "A Man, a Plan..." What did you think when you saw how his story was coming to a close?

Charlie Cox: Hey, it's an amazing, beautifully written episode. It was a shock to me, so it'll probably be shock to the viewers. I mean, Owen was never safe - he's not one of those characters. But it still comes unexpectedly. I feel like you think, "If Owen is going to die, it's because Nucky is going to discover something and shoot him in the face." So, because we're not quite there and he's killed by Joe Masseria on a job ... It's kind of beautiful how it happens. Owen finds out he's going to be a father and that he and Margaret are going to run away with each other, and I think that's why he died. I don't think he'd get this wrong; I think he got distracted. In one of the earlier scripts there was a fight scene we didn't end up filming. But the hit wasn't well scouted-out, and Owen wasn't on his game. He was thinking about other things, and the beautiful irony is that discovering how his life would turn out ended up killing him.
