Embarassing performances by Wisconsin, Penn State and Iowa. Less than stellar showings from Michigan and Ohio State. Purdue lost a close one while Nebraska, Illinois and Northwestern all have very losable games.

Did you see the way they lost it? Virginia is a 4 or 5-loss team in a terrible league, with a terrible schedule.

Penn st actually dominated that whole game. There fg kicker just blows. But there better than Virginia.

Oh I know, PSU is as bad as UVA. They had the game controlled the entire time though. I almost got the sense that it was "punishment" for them to lose it.

I dunno. This is the worst I've seen the B1G in a while. Washington is a decent team, unlike most of the rest of the Pac 12, and LSU is absolutely tearing them a new one.

Its looking like Bama and LSU are the 2 best teams in the country. And yes i know its early. I think Oregon is prob next up in line. Not sold on USC or OK, but as I said its early. Regardless of those opinions as it's very early with a lot of football left.
It's clear that right now, there are no title contenders in the B1G. I guess we'll see on Michigan State, but I'm pretty confident that nobody from that league will be in the discussion come week 1 in December.
