Good thing they pulled out the win yesterday as winning in East Lansing at night against a very good Spartan squad will be a very tough task. Sadly, I think Michigan State wins that one.

I think it's going to be a good game. I feel we match up very well with Michigan st. And cierre has something to prove which also helps

Yet you still predicted that Purdue would win by 21 points.

I predicted Navy would win last weeks game by 21 as well. I was being a smartass. Pay attention.

I know. Just pointing out that you are full of it and just saying things to stir the pot. Carry on.

Pleased with the victory, troubled by continuing wtf occurences (Dumb penalties, late getting plays in resulting in time outs to avoid delay of game penalties, BK forgetting players exsist- George Atkinson, Devonte Neal), star players disappearing (Te'o once again), still waiting to see the offense which got him the ND gig (spread 'em out, utilize your play makers, create mismatches and get them the ball in space, attack vertically).

Were you here before under another username, or are you new to the board? Either way, welcome (or welcome back)

Atkinson is a poor pass blocker and receiver. He wasn't going to do much in the game

Kelly has already said that Neal (and Ferguson and Brown) each have roles since they don't know the offense. It was pretty clear that his roll wasn't in the Purdue gameplan.

I think we've seen the offense, albeit it's been in flashes. It is tough though, when you have mediocre quarterbacks. Dayne Crist was simply a bust (he isn't even doing well in Kansas, as much as I hoped he would succeed), and Tommy Rees isn't a MAC-level athlete.

Their QB ratings...

2010: Crist - 129.3, Rees - 132.0
2011: Rees - 133.4
2012: Golson - 151.0

He has his athlete, who is only a RS Freshman. Behind him is the #1 QB in the class of 2012, and coming in is super-athlete Malik Zaire. You can't run a great offense without a great QB. It is finally getting underway.

In your opinion, who's it gonna' be over the next year or two? Can Kelly keep 'em all happy?

I know better than to make predictions on things I don't know.

If I had a gun to my head, Golson. It wouldn't shock me if Kiel was just too good though.
