Well... I give Perez props for being man enough not to hide. He has blown three saves all year... Opening day...the game before the all star break...and the what should have been the losing streak snapper. SMH.

Honyes article after the game said this was Perez's first save opportunity since July 26th, just puts in perspective how uncompetitive they have been in this streak.

What a game! All I have to say is that game most likely eliminated the Indians. If Detroit can get through this next 7 against NY and Texas at 4-3 at least they're gonna roll through to take the division. This team really got it going in August last year and probably will again

I don't see anyone overtaking the White Sox. They're really coming together right now. Two of three against the Angels and the Royals coming up. Detroit had better hope they don't lose any games real soon, 'cause the Sox look solid.
