So you wanna not punish the program because there's innocent people there? The US govt shouldn't of hammered Enron and their accounting firm because innocent employees shouldn't have been punished in that case. Nobody here suggested that PSU shouldn't be punished....only that the punishment be directed toward to guilty, and less toward the innocent.So you wanna not punish the program because there's innocent people there?
