This isn't France cancelling showings of the movie. It is Warner Brothers cancelling the red carpet premiere. Obama had a press conference and wanted to let everyone know that he has kids that go to the movies just like the ones that were killed. He has ordered a full investigation by the federal government to make sure the person responsible for these crimes is caught and held accountable for his actions. The best part of his speech was when he was talking about the tragedy, people were yelling "4 more years", classiness at its best.
