It was 10-7 when the fumble happened. It was 3rd and 10 and would have been 4th and 10 had they correctly ruled it incomplete so you would have been punting. The final ended up being 70-22 so I don't think that play affected the outcome...even though it was ridiculous. An obvious incomplete pass and not a fumble.
