Definitely. This place is reminding me more and more of the old huddle everyday.
Agreed. I think that we have peaked....time to sell.

Justin I changed jobs 14 months ago. I worked at my old job for 13 years, I liked it the first 11 years. Then there came some changes and I hated going into work. My new job is a little less on the hour but I make up for it in OT. I gave up 3 week vacation and was a couple years shy of 4 weeks. I love my new job and giving up the vacation is fair exchange for enjoying what I'm doing. I don't think you will regret it at all.

Yeah, I am definitely not worried about losing vacation time. At my last job when I only had 2 weeks I would carry over days to the new year anyway. I have to take a day off every few weeks at current job in order to keep my sanity so I really wasn't accumulating any days in the long run.

My biggest worry was the salary they were going to offer. I had no idea what to expect. When they said they would match my current salary it was a no brainer. I was actually willing to take a pretty sizable pay cut if I needed to, though.

That's awesome! Glad they were willing to pay you that $8.50 an hour. That would have sucked to take a pay cut and only make minimum wage. :(
