I believe this is an issue with Google, not with the OC, as it comes up through their ads.

Exactly. The Wife got the notice on her laptop while on here. I was on the OC at the same time and didn't receive it. We were both using Chrome.

Just use an adblocker and you won't get it.

Ad blockers are for poor people. Whenever I get a virus I just buy a new computer.

Id rather just go to best buy and get the most expensive pc they have and then have the GREAT people of the geek squad add a lot to it. Usually only costs about 3k. No biggy.

I'm not getting anything but I haven't been on the site on a computer for the past week. Also, ads stopped displaying a few days ago. Not sure what's up with that but I've contacted google.

People are still getting the error without ads displaying?

Well, it very clearly says in the OP that the malicious part is coming from mrspeakers.net so it's either a google ad from them or they've posted a spam thread somewhere on the site.

BTW, I've blocked ads from mrspeaker.net through google. There is no other content from mrspeaker.net on the site. I'm looking to see if there is anything else that can cause this error. If it happens again can someone copy the exact link of the page they are on and post it?
