Gosh a ruddies I feel so sorry for this woman having to share a work environment that is bathed in hate.
She is judged by you because she is weight challenged, judged by you because she has a disorder of the diaphragm. Denigrated by you for appreciating a variety of languages and cultures. And tshe is tolerant of you with your irritating and maddening tick disorder. The woman is a martyr and a saint.

I actually applaud your attitude. Actually, she has demonstrated bigotry numerous times, so I'm pretty sure you could daily tell her to abandon it and be redeemed. Everybody wins!

to understand another's suffering is part of tolerance. the hell that is this woman's work environment can put enormous stress on any person. a more loving environment that you could so easily engender could lead to redemption for both of you.
