I dont mean every year he was the best. But that time frame, all together. Maybe start mid 90s. The only player even close, imo is Ronaldo. Ronaldhino if he wasnt an idiot and had stayed in shape would probably be #1. But instead he is probably like #5. Just wasnt on top long enough cause it all went to his head. Ronaldo I wouldnt argue with though, dude was amazing.

WTF even happened to Ronaldhino? He fell off pretty quickly.
