Bronson vs Estrada

Brewers looked silly atrocious for much of the game last night but the first 3 innings they looked like they were not seeing the ball at all as the bright sunfield may have bothered them a great bit....Latos was awesome but the first 3 innings was very odd looking at the plate.

Bronson is 3-5 4.20

Power to a finesse pitcher. Could be a good night for Arroyo to pitch as it is gonna be a cooler than the nxt few days. Balls didnt seem like they were carrying as well last night as when it gets warmer.

Phillips finally gets a hit for the reds.

Bronson thru 6 on 69 pitches, with only one batter, Braun, having reached base, and that on a full count HBP on the 9th pitch of the AB. The HBP on a full count is better than a walk in that it doesn't hurt the pitcher's WHIP and it sends somewhat of a message, and I think that message played a part in getting Braun to pop-up in his 2nd AB on an up and in breaking ball.

Reds have a runner on 3rd again with less than 2 outs. Can they convert this time? Patience, Jay!

Third time thru the meat of the order is tough for Estrada! 3,4,5 hitters touch him up for 3 hits, 3 runs, and 3 RBI!

If Bronson is to get a zero WHIP, no hitter, he wouldn't have to face Braun and Ramirez again!

I've been watching this entire game on my computer (on mute), and didn't even notice he's got a No-Hitter until I went to espn.com and saw it on the home page lol
