Is this a quote from Troy Smith after he found out he was backing up BOTH Jeremiah Masoli and Eric Crouch for the Omaha Nighthawks?

Yes, we should all go f**k ourselves because we all made outlandish claims about how good a quarterback is that's been cut from several different teams without ever really seeing the field.

Love your passion for Smith, he's one of my favorite Buckeyes of all time, but college success doesn't mean anything in the pros. Take off the scarlet and gray colored glasses.

No surprise to me. They have a couple back-ups of similar or superior ability who have a lot more familiarity with the offense. Smith might have stuck around if they hadn't resigned those dudes, but when they did, it was a matter of time.

LOL at the T. Smith haters. Troy will find his way back into the NFL again. The guy is a gamer and he has moxy; and that was good enough to start for the Browns for a season.

LOL...a guy who has been released MULTIPLE times and ends up THIRD string in some hayseed football league and he's "good enough to start for the Browns?"

PLEASE tell me you're not the FOOL who posted over on the OBR that Smith is better than Weeden? I have to think you'd have more football knowledge than THAT.

Ted Ginn probably has more value to a team than TS does.

Yup. He's done really well in the NFL for you to have such high hopes for him.

Not sure. The new kickoff rules have virtually neutered Josh Cribbs' athleticism and being a return man is about all Ginn is good for. They're probably equally worthless.

When Ginn gets cut 12 times I'll agree.
