Once they are on the bus, they can't be removed during that trip on the side of the road I don't think.

I got kicked off for a week in 2nd grade because I punched my best friend for talking to the girl I was crushing on. That was '97.

Or how about this instance? I always lol when people try and act like current generation is the worst and THEIR generation was so holier than thou.

No, kids are a lot worse than they were 50 years ago. I think it stems from the fact that they know that child services will become involved, so even their parents can't control them.

Very few are raised with any respect for anything or anyone now. It just gets worse with each generation.

I don't think they should be left on the side of the road. But they should definitely get a vacation from riding the bus.

More media coverage and with social media, everything is round-the-clock. You want to be a prick to someone, you can do it from your own house over the computer -- you want to find instances of someone being a prick to someone, there are 5 million sites where you can read about it whenever you want.

In our district the only forms of punishment are in school detention during lunch for minor offenses, out of school suspension, off the bus suspension for short period of time and expulsion. Schools are all bark, due to the fact that society thinks every little darling isnt responsible for their actions until they turn 18.

These kids parents should be charged and the kids should spend some time doing community service. If it were one of mine they wouldnt be able to sit for a week, and they would cut my grass with scisssors and other odd jobs around my house. I would take time off work to do so.

It's been a while since I've been able to visit, but when I saw this story on the news, I figured you gents would be on it like flies on a submarine screen door.

Anywho, these kids are products of the system. Don't like what you see??? Better start changing the system. Remember: They are who we let them become.

What kind of adult lets this happens? If she wasn't such a little bitc* this isn't a problem. If middle schoolers talked to me like that I'd just laugh. They're 14! Why would any adult take them seriously

I need to send my 13 year old nephew over there to beat their ass the way they deserve. He actually was suspended earlier this year for pulling an 8th grade bully off of a undersized 6th grader and punching the 8th grader. The school had to suspend him for throwing a punch but only gave him one day in school suspension. When the school called my brother to tell him the story he actually took him out to his favorite restaurant for dinner and told the school to do what they must.

Yep. The problem with kids "these days" is camera phones to record the shittiness and the internet to let everyone else know about it.

Also, it's unbelievable how much that has taken off. She might end up a millionaire. Good on the internet community for stepping up.

To answer the original question, though, nothing is wrong with Kids These Days. They're actually a very promising young musical group.

So many better causes this could go to, smh. I'd put the fear of god in my child if he did this, but no way do i think she deserves all this money for having zero authority.

IMO, the granny is irrelavant. Let her make $10 billion! She'll be dead all too soon but these punks - unless they mature and undergo some change of behavior - are going to be running things. And I don't like the attitudes I see from them.

Also, someone pays her to do that, no!? Uneffective, but we'll keep paying. Awesome!
