We make foil pouches instead of bowls. Same general idea, though. Good stuff. I like doing carrots, onions, and zucchini with butter.

Great idea with the peaches, DA! The little angel baked me a peach pie for father's day so she knows how much I like 'em.

Put some Chile Lime Butter on it after it comes off the grill, and it's even better!Commander of Awesome;1206071 wrote:Corn still in the husk is the GOAT on the grill IMO.

You can do the veggies in a bag in the oven. Not the same, but close.gorocks99;1206172 wrote:I have neither a yard nor a patio. I am le sad

Ehhhh just not the same as standing over an open flame (also doesn't help that I don't have a fan/hood over my stove which makes cooking anything that gives off smoke make the apartment go crazy). Don't get me wrong, I'll still grill things in a pan and make burgers, etc. indoors. But I'd love to be able to cook on charcoal.

sounds like your apartment sucks - you should either more or go on the roof.gorocks99;1206290 wrote:Ehhhh just not the same as standing over an open flame (also doesn't help that I don't have a fan/hood over my stove which makes cooking anything that gives off smoke make the apartment go crazy). Truth, hence why I'm moving at the end of August. An outdoor space is toward the top of our "nice-to-haves".Raw Dawgin' it;1206291 wrote:sounds like your apartment sucks - you should either more or go on the roof.
