Does anyone throw vegetables on the grill when you're grilling out? Canton Rep had an article this morning about grilling potatoes that sounded really good.

I have some flexible skewers that are really nice for throwing some meat and veggies on the grill.

Have a wire basket that I can throw vegetables in. Also frequently make kebabs.

I love grilling asparagus and corn. Throw a little olive oil and some S&P and they come out really well.

se-alum, I couldn't agree with you more, pineapple is awesome on the grill. I also like squash and zucchini.

Frequently! I have a basket for the grill, but sometimes make kababs.

Zuchini, yellow squash, onion, and water chestnuts with olive oil and pepper. mmmmmmmm

I do all the time in a wire basket or a shaker basket or a grill topper

wire basket (great for veg and fish) it hold what you&#8217;re cooking down so you can flip it</SPAN>

shaker basket (good for onions, mushroom, peppers and slice potatoes) I use this basket if I have marinated the vegs and will be pouring the remainder marinated over it when cooking.</SPAN>

</SPAN>

Grilling topper (great for bacon and sliced potatoes also) </SPAN>

Since we're talking about grilling - anyone have any good dry rub recipes? I used a brown sugar, S&P, and minced garlic one last night.

If it's a good cut of meat, you don't need any dry rub. Just eat it right out of the package.

I have Rub for my smoker butt roast (pulled pork), have to let it marinate for 12 -16 hours

Corn still in the husk is the GOAT on the grill IMO.

I've done the foil bowl thing with red peppers, onions, sweet potatos, and zucchini and add some EVOO and salt/pepper. Usually keep them on for about 15 minutes.
