I absolutely agree with you that he has a good story and that will help.
The voters being human I think is part of the reason that winning a Super Bowl is very important to being a HOFer.
I do think Warner is a HOFer. I just don't know if I'd think the same thing without his SB.
Exactly, if Cris Carter is waiting this long to get in, Whines should be waiting double the amount. He was never the best WR any year he played, and he surely was never the best WR amongst the WRs he played against throughout his career. On top of that, you have to think about all the other players he played with/against (any position).
